We were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the full conversion of a dated farmhouse bed & breakfast and former dog kennels outhouse into two modern, high-quality social living spaces. The project was completed successfully for our client, providing functional, contemporary accommodation designed with comfort, accessibility, and long-term performance in mind.
The works included demolition of redundant internal structures, full refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings, and installation of new services to meet current standards. The outcome was two fully compliant residential units, configured to support residents and staff with practical and modern facilities throughout.
